This proposal notes insufficient access and inadequate quality of water and sanitation resources, as well as cost and insufficient supply due to population growth as major challenges. The team recommends building a Water on Wheels model, whereby businesses collect and sell water to and from households, and collect waste to produce fuel, ultimately increasing purchasing power.
