This proposal cites the amount of time spent on getting water and insufficient extension of the water grid as major challenges. The team recommends establishing partnerships with private industry and local governments, leverage untapped resources such as the recycling business, in-ground rain tanks, water billing machines, irrigation systems, and the water sachet business, to help increase distribution and financing opportunities.
