This proposal notes insufficient access to water and sanitation as well as time spent collecting these resources as major challenges. The team recommends leveraging a Water for Life Center, empowering self help groups and connecting them with micro-finance institutions to localize and increase availability of water and sanitation products, funded through subscriptions, payment for product and service, and collection and sale of manure.
