This team proposes leveraging self help groups to create demand water and hygiene education and to provide franchising to new entrepreneurs to encourage them to set up their own businesses. The team recommends using sachets for contact information, advertisement at existing water stations, word of mouth via franchisers, and text messaging to promote information sharing.
