This proposal cites waiting for water, poor water quality, and cost of water, as well as lack of facilities, unhealthy habits and disposing of personal waste and other conditions as major problems. The team recommends development of aqua stations, or local businesses to serve as convenience stores, toilets, water storage and tanks, and to provide water refiller tools. Much like a petroleum station, aqua stops scattered throughout the community may help to increase sales, empower the local community through job creation, and to increase financing opportunities through product sales.
