This proposal recommends promoting community advocacy and empowering community businesses, combining corporate partnerships with local solutions. The team recommends leveraging mobile devices for informational purposes and situational awareness used to mobilize local stakeholders and decision makers to increase water flow as needed. The team also recommends building and maintaining new facilities through hybrid financing, reinvestment of profits for long-term sustainability, and encouraging development of business funds and training programs targeting community members to increase financial literacy.
