This proposal notes several challenges to existing water and sanitation solutions including a lack of infrastructure, information, education, and more. In order to break the cycle, the team proposes to increase awareness and education on sanitation issues, increase access to safe water, and increase productivity by developing a ShareWave Business Model in which people are connected via a telecom (SMS) infrastructure.
