This proposal notes education, awareness, and community mobilization as challenges to existing water and sanitation solutions, and offers a model focused on water credits in order to build a sustainable system, giving citizens ownership and eventually extending the Water Credit model to more systems, including building sanitation systems, block makers, toilet cleanup and disposal, fertilizer credits, and transportation.
